How it works
- Install the TranslateTube Chrome extension on a computer, or the Android app on your phone.
- Open any YouTube video and choose English.
- Turn on AI dubbing, subtitles, or both. Pick a male or female voice.
- Press play. The translation starts within seconds and stays in sync with the video.
English subtitles or English voice
- Subtitles: read the translation while hearing the original speaker. Good for short clips and for checking terms.
- Dubbing: hear the video in English. Good for long lectures, podcasts and anything you watch while doing something else.
- Both: English voice plus English text, the most popular setting.

Free to use
The free mode has no minute limit and no daily cap. The only restriction is on videos longer than three hours. Premium adds higher-quality voices. One subscription works in the extension and the app.
